May’s market cancellation The Rain was a just a few hours later than forecast and the market was cancelled at 5:25. Volunteers stood down by 5:45. Booked vendors were notified by email at 5:50 or SMS’s at 6:04. Website & Facebook notices posted around 6:00. Fees were refunded & vendors notified by email at 7:06, Annual ticket holders notified by email at 7:15. Good to be organised & responsive but sorry if anybody had a wasted journey.
Safety & Wellbeing. The separate Exit at the main entrance will become permanent feature to reduce congestion & improve safety. We continue to monitor physical & medical risks. Please be aware of the environment, weather conditions & report any hazards to Rotary.
Covid World. best advice to protect yourselves. If you get sick, follow testing, reporting & isolation advice from NSW gov.
Stallholder Enabling Package (SHEP) offers a range of services to assist casual stallholders at the market. Stallholders require their own Public Liability Insurance and SHEP fills a gap.

Annual ticket is replaced by a more flexible Early Bird discount. Bookings open 1st June 2022 with Early Bird Discounts until 16th July 2022. Book any market in the year without committing to all. You can miss winter markets and get immediate refunds for cancelled sites or markets.
