Restoration Works Continue - Wandella BBQ and Quaama Cemetery
The relocated BBQ in place at Wandella
With a new Pavilion including a BBQ installed at Kiah, our members relocated a council BBQ from Kiah to Wandella. With some replacement internal parts, now fitted, this BBQ will be a significant improvement on the old 4 burner which, of necessity, was permanently retired to the tip.
A shout out to South Coast Hire in Arthur Kaine Drive for supporting our efforts by lending us a brick saw and blade which, as it turned out, were not required.
Members also carried out minor restoration works at the entrance to Quaama Cemetery replacing the fence and rehanging the gate. There were no complaints from the residents.
